Plaster cast coins mounted on a piece of card with the heading, "JRAS 1929, Plate VI, R. B. Whitehead. P.259." This plate accompanies the article by R.B. Whitehead, "Akbar II as Pretender: A Study in Anarchy". With the coins is a letter from Stephen Austin and Sons Ltd., dated 29th November 1933, in which they write that they have found a few plaster casts of coins and some photo negatives of Chinese and other inscriptions.

Notifications, Agendas and Minutes of Meetings of the Sesquicentenary Planning Committee. Includes some signed minutes. The Sesquicentenary Committee was established to oversee the organisation of the celebrations. The first meeting was held on 27 November 1968. They continued to meet even after the Sesquicentenary to administer the funds and give a progress report. In the Minutes for 9 January 1975, it was noted that arrangements were approved for the dissolution of the Committee on 19 February 1975.

Material concerned with the administration of the Sesquicentenary celebrations including the Minutes of the Planning Committee Meetings.

Two photographic negatives from G.L.M. Clauson's Paper on "A Hitherto Unknown Turkish Manuscript in "Uigher" Characters" published in the Society's Journal in January1928. With the negatives is the original envelope.

Miscellaneous Photographs, Plates and Illustrations used for Journal Articles. These include photographs of the tomb of I'timad Khan Khevayasara, Images of An Ancient Arabic Sphere, FIG 1-8 K42174 and Figs K47163 for unknown articles.

Digital photographs of early correspondence between the Société Asiatique and the Royal Asiatic Society. There are 24 images of 12 letters. With the images is a copy of an email from Jean-Michel Mouton to Alison Ohta, Director, Royal Asiatic Society, explaining about the photographs, dated 22 April 2022.

Black and White photographs of 14 Grafton Street. These are

• Two identical photographs of the exterior, one mounted on board. The ground floor window bears the name, J. Havilland and the first floor, Guerlain. It is unknown when these photographs were taken or their source.
• Five interior photographs showing hall and stairways. These show both Havilland and Catchpole & Williams signs. The photographs are copies from the London Metropolitan Archive numbers 64/4117 - 64/4120 and 70/2063.

• Letter from Michael Pollock, Royal Asiatic Society Librarian, to Mr M. Scott, Senior Librarian, London Metropolitan Archives, to state that he had recently purchase 5 photographs of 14 Grafton Street from London Metropolitan Archives and seeking permission to use them, with attribution, in displays. Typed, dated 6 April 1998.
• Letter from Mick Scott, Senior Librarian, London Metropolitan Archives, to Michael Pollock, Royal Asiatic Society Librarian, to state he is happy for the photographs to be added to the Society's archive and to remind that a reproduction fee would be payable if there were used in any publication. Typed with printed letterhead, dated 28 April 1998.
