It describes the History and Organisation of the Congress, the Date and Place of the London Session and the Sections of the Conference. It asks for subscriptions for membership at the Congress and is signed by the British members of the Permanent Council and the British National Secretaries.
- Congrès des Sciences Anthropologiques et Ethnologiques. Letter to invite attendance at the Congress with a list of the President, Committee of Honour, Bureau and Permanent Council. Also an Application Form for Membership of the Congress. Written in French.
