Allen William Edward David 1901-1973 Caucasian historianThis is a series of correspondence mainly between W.E.D. Allen and Terence Gray and Gray's wife, the Georgian princess Natalie Margaret Imeretinsky, mostly concerning Georgian genealogy.
Terence James Stannus GrayThis series consists of correspondence between William Allen and Vladimir Minorsky. The material dates from later in Minrosky's life but he is still active in producing translations of material. Much of the correspondence concerns both his and Allen's work in translation. There is also a printed bibliography.
Vladimir MinorskyThis series is mainly offprints of articles written by Allen, that had been filed together under the heading of Literary Activities: Offprints. There is also a single letter.

Copy of a Hindi lithographed newspaper, the 'Shimla Akhbar', of 15th April 1848. Simon Digby notes that it includes a description and reproduction of a copper-plate inscription from Nirmand. He also notes that this printed material is likely from the same source (Henry Miers Elliot) as the Devanagari documents in this same collection.
