Cambridge University Press began publishing the Society's Journal in 1991. This is still ongoing. The material in this series includes memoranda of agreement, a publication license agreement, meeting minutes, final accounts, correspondence and administrative documents, and advertising leaflets.

Minutes from the meetings of the Oriental Fund Committee were recorded within bound volumes between 1828 and 1865. These detail the members that were present for each meeting, financial information, purchases made, books under consideration, and other activities relating to the Fund.

• Letter from Billing & Sons Ltd. to the Royal Asiatic Society to answer the Society's enquiry regarding insurance and to give details of stock available, dated 5 November 1929.
• Postcard from Otto Harrassowitz to the Royal Asiatic Society to request the purchase of a volume, dated 10th May 1930.

Letters from Bernard Quaritch, book seller, to purchase publications from the Oriental Translation Fund. The final letter, the only one from 1864, dated 17 December 1864, offers to purchase the remaining stock of the Fund.
