Letter from W.E.D. Allen to Humphrey Higgens in which Allen is making contact with Higgens, on the recommendation of Col. Geoffery Wheeler. Allen asks Higgens if he is available to translate Russian materials relating to his book 'Embassies' and offers £3.10.0 per thousand words for a May deadline. Dated: 13 February 1963.

Letter from H. Higgens to W.E.D. Allen in which Higgens agrees to translate the texts for Allen at the proposed rate and deadline. Dated: 14 February 1963.
