A typed draft manuscript by Dennis Duncanson entitled, 'The rise of the Indochina Communist Party.'

Material relating to Duncanson's time as a research fellow on a Ford Fellowship in International Relations. This contains Duncanson's research proposal for the project titled: 'China and the independence of Vietnam' and his plans to take a look at the facilities for contemporary China and Southeast Asia at Cornell. There are also reading list, library cards, notes and related correspondence.

A paper entitled 'Une solution pour le probleme du Vietnam'. Also a letter from C.M. MacLehose to Duncanson to return the paper given to Duncanson by Colonel Hoang-van-Lac of the Ministry of Revolutionary Development.
