"Languages of the Indo-Chinese Peninsula and the Indian Archipelago" by R.N. Cust. Printed pamphlet produced by the Philological Society. Hodgson has written his own title on the front cover alongside Cust's inscription to him. Soft cover pamphlet, 38 pages, dated 1877.

These are 3 large sketches presumably by Lady Jones. Only one has an accompanying description which dates it to 17th March [1790]. This is a pencil sketch of a climbing plant in the Company's Botanical Gardens near Calcutta (Kolkata). The second sketch is in pencil with a single flower in colour but with no annotation. The third sketch is also in pencil with leaves and flower in colour.

Each of these three drawings has been given a reference number used in the Head catalogue, including 025.037, 025.067 and one from the sub-collection of 025.054-025.068 (likely 025.066 as the remaining numbers have all been assigned).

These letters were all contained with the Manning archive on purchase from Maggs Publishers. They concern a variety of matters including the reputation of Thomas Manning and his relationship with Charles Lamb

Later Mohist Logic, Ethics and Science was published by Chinese University Press (Hong Kong) in 1978. These papers consist of drafts for the book and correspondence regarding its publication and review.

A lead pattern for the Society's gold medal. A red lead imprint of the front of the medal bearing the banyan tree design. This has been mounted upon a piece of card bearing a label saying that it is signed "Pinches". However this signature no longer appears to be visible.
