• Letter from Elizabeth Samson to Professor A.D.H. Bivar, President, Royal Asiatic Society, expressing her concerns that the Award should primarily be for student travel. She has only been informed of one use of the Award for a publication, Islamic Fundamentalism, following a seminar. She asks for a meeting to be arranged to discuss the matter. 26 September: 'Updating Hodgson: A Study day on the work of Brian Houghton Hodgson, 'Father of Himalayan Studies', held at the Royal Asiatic Society in association with the Bagri Foundation.

A Catalogue of the Robert Morrison Chinese Library deposited at the University of London. The catalogue was compiled by Henry F. Holt, Secretary of the Royal Asiatic Society, for use by the Society. Each entry was given a Chinese and English title plus a small description in English. The books are now housed at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London. The volume was dated to 1885 as this was when Holt served as Secretary to the Royal Asiatic Society.

Copies of email and letter correspondence with Ven. Dr. Khammai Dhammasami, Oxford Buddhist Vihara concerning the disposal of a Thai set of the Buddhist Tripitaka, dated 28 November - 18 December 2012. Also a letter from Peter McCormack, Assistant Director, Acquisitions and Bibliographic Services, SOAS, concerning the donation of 11 boxes of Thai material from the RAS to SOAS Library, dated 16 April 2012.

The Papers of Angus C. Graham include material pertaining to both book and article publications, to reviews written and to his translation, poetry and short story work. It includes correspondence with other academics in his field and with some poets. There is material pertaining to appointments that he has held and conferences attended, notebooks, diaries and a single photograph. There is also a considerable volume of others' articles and some material concerning others' academic appointments.

Two Chinese Philosophers: Ch'eng Ming-tao and Ch'eng Yi-ch'uan was published by Lund Humphries (London) in 1958 and Reprinted as Two Chinese Philosophers: The Metaphysics of the Brothers Cheng by Open Court (LaSalle IL) in 1992. This material consists of reviews for the first edition and correspondence regarding the reprint.
