Sin títuloLetter from C.A. Storey to W.L. Raynes concerning the needed sheets and that there should be no difficulty in tracing them as they should bear the a label from Fleming, the printer, addressed to either Raynes or one of the trustees. He asks Raynes to check with Nicholson concerning where they were deposited. The letter is incomplete.
Sin títuloLetter from Vladimir Minorsky to C.A. Storey to inform Storey that his final corrections are with the printers who are anxious to have the Persian text to match the paper. He hopes the text has been found and the matter settled.
Sin títuloNote from C.A. Storey to state that he had been to the University Press that morning and met with an official who produced a letter from Dow & Lester concerning the set of sheets of Tadhkirat al-mulūk and an imperfect set of these sheets. He has taken both the letter and facsimiles to Mr Raynes.
Sin títuloDraft letter from C.A. Storey to W.L. Raynes in which he enquires regarding the "odd parcels" still at Dow & Lester. He also asks Raynes to check Fleming's bill to ascertain the number of facsimiles that he supplied. He also writes concerning the possible purchase of the books in Ellis' library and the inadvisability of paying a large sum if many of them can already be found in other libraries (see GMT/1/3/7-GMT/1/3/9).
Sin títuloLetter from Vladimir Minorsky to C.A. Storey to inform that Heffer are going to print 500 copies of his book but he remembers there were more than 1000 copies of the translation. He wonders whether the Trust would consider publishing cheap copies of the translation without the Persian text? If this is not possible he asks that he could have 100 copies of offprints.
Sin títuloLetter from W.L. Raynes, Clerk to the Trust, to C.A. Storey to inform Storey that 500 copies of Tadhkirat al-mulūk were produced by Fleming by photo litho halftone.
Letter from C.A. Storey to Vladimir Minorsky to inform Minorsky that he thinks it is inadvisable to bring out extra copies without the Persian text and that supplying him with offprints to give out would further dilute the market. 500 copies are likely to supply the demand for many years. He thanks Minorsky for providing a reference for him.
Sin títuloLetter from Vladimir Minorsky to C.A. Storey to further explain regarding his request for offprints which he would supply to his friends in Russia and out-of-the-way places like Turkestan, Baku and Tiflis. He would also give them to economists and general historians unlikely to become the Trust's customers. He is willing to supply the list of those he wishes to send the offprints to, in order to allay Storey's concerns about potential loss of sales.
