Letter from C.A. Storey to W.L. Raynes to inform Raynes of his visit to Cox & Allen's premises where he saw the brasses on their plates. He writes that they do not all seem to be present. He then went with the senior Binder to the stock in Mill Lane and found various of the volumes that were needed.

He writes concerning missing volumes and the parts that he has found. He agrees that they should ask Heffer regarding binding at contract rate and whether the numbers are sufficient to be considered contract. He also writes that he has asked Cox & Allen for proofs of Minorsky's work but is yet to receive them.

He also writes that he has written to Heffer to send Storey the Minorsky proofs. With this letter is a copy of one from R.A. Nicholson to W.L. Raynes in which he writes that Cox & Allen, though producing good quality work are too costly for a regular binding contract. He suggests that Heffer be approached and at the same time ask that Minorsky's work be sent to Professor Storey.
