Letter from V. Nicolas, on behalf of Dr H. N. Randle, Librarian of the India Office, to William Pettigrew to send a copy letter from Wolfenden and a voucher for his signature (not with the letter). He writes that Randle has been unable to trace how the India Office acquired the Manipuri manuscript. Handwritten, dated 23 March 1937.
